First anf foremost, unlike other dealerships, they do not provide you with a loaner car for a day. Second, it is very hard to get a straight answer. For instance, I had to call up at 5:00 PM to see if my ca provide you with a loaner car for a day. Second, it is very hard to get a straight answer. For instance, I had to call up at 5:00 PM to see if my car was ready after having it dropped off at 8:15 AM, only to find out that it would not be available and that it may be a day or two before it was. Nobody had bothered to call and tell me that I needed to find transportation for the next two days. Secondly, I had an oil leak in the car one day and I called the dealership because I had just changed the oil a few weeks before. .But there was very little oil left in the car. The gentleman told me on the phone that that was always a problem with the Jeep Renegade...., the car as well known for burning oil. I said to him, if the car does have that problem why are you selling them? And he just got annoyed at me. Finally, one of the reasons I was told that I had to wait for two days to get my car was that they had to order parts. It would seem to me that if you bring the car to the dealership, rather than your local mechanic, the parts would be easily available, especially something as basic as struts and related pieces. It was not. If I’m going to pay more to go to a dealership, only to wait just as long as I might at my local mechanic, and pay more in the process, what’s the sense.? More
