The worst ever I have experienced for an auto service place, at dealer or independent. They had my car for a week and never touched it, even lied that they needed a different mechanic to look at it. They had parked the car outside on the street too close to a fire hydrant and the car had gotten 3 tickets because of that and then got towed. They got the car back and then worked on it. Took me another week dealing with them so that would get to paying the 3 tickets they got on the car. More
