This is my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and this time around, I can say it’ll be my last time. We purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee that they had to go get from another dealer dealership and this time around, I can say it’ll be my last time. We purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee that they had to go get from another dealership and upon getting home we realized none of the buttons on the steering wheel work and in addition to that, the speakers on the dashboard are not securely in place. It’s super frustrating because why wasn’t all of this checked out BEFORE giving us the vehicle?!! And yes, things happen (as we’ve been told by them several times while voicing our concerns) BUT this experience has decently influenced our future purchases! More
