Ryan was very personable however, he used the wrong name and address on my paperwork which had to be changed. I asked for a discount on the vehicle because the tires showed some wear. The sales manager tried to pull a fast one by giving a $500 discount but when I looked online, that $500 discount was already listed. So, he wasn't giving me anything. In fact, he would have charged me $500 more if I didn't ask for it. More

I have returned three times to the service department and the issue is not fixed.
