I originally did my research on what car I wanted to test drive before showing up, and Bobby Harvey showed me exactly what I was looking for. I did not expect to purchase a car so fast, but Bobby made the process easy and even went to the extent of teaching me how to use features in the vehicle when test driving it. He did not make me feel pressured to purchase either, which is pretty common when vehicle shopping. No offense to everyone else, but Bobby rocks! I am very glad and relieved he was the first salesman I encountered when entering the dealership. Just to give Peter a shoutout, too. The USB drive given to me by Rob Madonna that was to have all of my paperwork, was for someone else. (It contained A LOT of that someone’s personal information!)
