Terrible Trade-in Offer!! I recently contemplated trading in my 2013 Toyota Camry LE with only 12,000 miles I checked KBB, Edmunds, and NADA, and the average clean trade in wa I recently contemplated trading in my 2013 Toyota Camry LE with only 12,000 miles I checked KBB, Edmunds, and NADA, and the average clean trade in was 16,400.00 as of 6/17/2015, (this vehicle is immaculate in excellent condition, with several added features). When my sales rep, Shana Downs, called me back, I was appalled to hear they were only going to offer me 13,000.00! This was over 1000.00 WORSE than rough trade-in of 14,175.00! I was told they would be glad to roll the balance into the new loan. I don't know why consumers have access to all of these valuation websites when these dealers completely disregard the prices and grab some outrageous figure out of thin air. I think they are mad because consumers finally have knowledge of their immoral, shady, "business" practices. I truly think they sit around some table at night and laugh at all the people they screw daily. But if they were honest with people, they wouldn't be able to get rid of their product. I would not do business with Beaver Toyota. More

Wow, these people are amazing. From the friendly getting on arrival, very accurate time estimate, beautiful customer lounge with complimentary sandwiches, donuts, coffee, and they were grilling complimentary hot dogs with chips and sodas out front. They have a little putting green out front, wifi, comfy chairs, dog treats and water for my pup. Got me out to the minute of my estimate. And every single employee I encountered was amazingly friendly. They even hand washed my car with Kayak on the roof! I can't gush enough about the place. My next Toyota will be purchased there and all my service for my 2014 rav4 will be done there. LOVE this place!!!! More

Very Satisfied My wife and I moved to Florida a little over two years ago and when we did we immediately traded in our Toyota Prius V to Beaver Toyota for a new mode My wife and I moved to Florida a little over two years ago and when we did we immediately traded in our Toyota Prius V to Beaver Toyota for a new model due to the mileage accrued on our 2013 model because of our search for housing and the move that we made ourselves using the Prius V in the move. Not being from the area we felt well received by Beaver Toyota and ultimately got a new Prius V. Beaver Toyota has since done all of the maintenance that they said that they would and the sales staff is very receptive. I recently (yesterday) traded in the new Prius V for a used car. My wife purchased a car from Beaver Toyota as well. We have purchased our cars from them because they are in the business of selling cars and they will try to help you to buy a car so that they can achieve their goals...............and yours, by selling you a car. Good People Great Attitudes I accompanied my mother-in-law to help her get a new Camry. We went to one of the "Big Guys" in Jax the night before. I immediately had to drive home I accompanied my mother-in-law to help her get a new Camry. We went to one of the "Big Guys" in Jax the night before. I immediately had to drive home and take two showers to wash the slime off after that experience. After some research, we chose to go to Beaver Toyota the next day and what a good choice that was. Ryan Traurig, the sales associate was very helpful and upbeat. In the 25 years of car buying experience I have, Brett Morgan, the sales manager helping Ryan was one of the best sales managers I've ever dealt with in having a down to earth and realistic attitude. John Hughes came in towards the end to help deliver the new Camry and knew this vehicle inside and out. These guys made the experience simple and enjoyable. Way to go Beaver!!! More
