They get 2 stars from me because Kathy Zagula was an excellent inside sales person, (now gone). The service department was a huge disappointment never going the extra mile to do it right. In the first two years of my lease they replaced the 12 volt battery 3 times, assuming it was the problem. Seems there was a computer update that repaired the problem but no one ever called me and said we can fix it. John Powell the most arrogant service person ever explained “When we get a service bulletin, we wait until you come in for service the next time.’ Any time I charged the car overnight, the 12 volt was dead - I had to change my entire usage to accommodate this incompetence. One more example, I got an email from Elizabeth yesterday saying that my lease would expire 3 months from now and we should talk. I called her and politely let her know that the lease was terminated and the car returned April 15th. Need I say more? Pretty showroom, pretty people but no one behind the wheel! More

When a woman walks into a service department of any high-end dealership there is some sort of fear that overcomes her. I’ve been a client of Benzel Busch services department for over six years now. As a proud owner of a G63 I like to keep my vehicle in tip top shape. Christopher Iseman Service advisor at Benzel Busch has been my rep for6 years. In that time he has helped me with many issues that I’ve had with my truck. But this time he completely failed me. Back in December I drop my car off for coolant leak issue. Chris claimed they fixed it but I experienced the same issue weeks later. Back to Benzel Busch I go not only for the coolant repair but to fix my shifter as well. On February 8,I drop my car off and received a loaner. During that time, I was thinking of trading the car in so I worked with Jay in sales who was extremely helpful but couldn’t find me what I wanted. After authorizing the repairs,Chris Iseman disappeared.I didn’t hear from him for weeks, I would text, call and email and he just ignored me. Who would think a service rep with 30 years of experience would treat a loyal client so poorly. Shame! 74 days later, I had to bring my husband into the service department to demand my car back. Come to find out they didn’t even fix the car. Sossio Sole the department manager failed to take responsibility for his department pointing the finger at everyone but himself. I will never ever work with this dealership or service department again! Complete fail! All the stigma‘s and stereotypes out there about dealerships and their service departments are because of service departments like Benzel Busch. More
