On last service visit i brought the car in for front brakes, Chris calls me after a day and informed I need front and rear, which is very hard to believe, because 1 month prior , I bought this car from a dealership i was working for. and they had replaced the rear brakes. So on the phone i explain this to Chris, at which time he says hold on. returns to the phone saying yes the technician saw it was out of market brand and thought it should be replaced, really, those brakes were fine.. Now knowing my car needs other repairs, i’m very hesitant to return until i now check it out with another Mercedes dealership. thank for Dominic Duca More

Did not get the credit promised to me March 2020. I was not happy with the survey. I received a call about the survey we had a discussion and we came to agreement that I would get a credit of 200.00.
