I would never try any other dealership. We have more than 3 dealership closer to our house, but i still choose to drive more than 60 miles to Benzel Bush to buy all our cars. Between me and my friends we have bought 6 cars in the last 5 years. Their honestly, service and integrity is unmatched. I first came to the dealership because of Mike Hill. He called me and had the car that i was looking for. I was so impressed by his exceptional service and professionalism that i became loyal to this dealership for ever from my previous one where i bought cars for more than 10 years, After my first buy Joseph has been my sales contact, he is very easy to work with, no pressure selling and is always pleasant and more than helpful in the buying process. Every friend i referred to him have become his fan and will drive any distance to buy from Joseph and Benzel Bush. He is very prompt and no matter what, always gets backs ASAP even when he is off. He always is willing to go the extra mile to help his customers including offering to come on his off day to service , which is just exemplary service that you dont often come across elsewhere. From the moment I arrived, a staff person came running out to re-direct me (since I had parked in the service area). I didn't even have to ask. He took my keys, directed me to where I was supposed to go, re-parked my car and made sure I got to where I was going and that my keys were delivered to me when I was ready to leave. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Arnold, who had returned my call bright and early in the day and was waiting for me with all of the information I needed to make my decision.
