Service advisors are fabulous. But they always want to upsell you for other issues "found". In addition diagnostic fees are the dealerships new money makers. To make it worse they used to let ypunput the diagnostic charges towards the cost of the work if you decided to compete the repairs but not anymore. Extremely disappointed , I was constantly reminded to come to the dealership for a 10000 mile check up. I was never told that there is a charge for this service. After I dropped off the vehicle and lef come to the dealership for a 10000 mile check up. I was never told that there is a charge for this service. After I dropped off the vehicle and left it at the service department,I received a phone call that there will be a charge for this check up. After picking up the car I was even charged for windshield wiper fluid - never have I experienced this kind of service from a luxury vehicle dealership. This is my first Benz and probably the last.
