Upsetting to say that least. I drove 3 hours away just to buy my car from Bianchi Honda. I gave them a 500 dollar down payment to hold the car for me because it was not on there I drove 3 hours away just to buy my car from Bianchi Honda. I gave them a 500 dollar down payment to hold the car for me because it was not on there lot yet and not built yet. I was told the car wouldnt be there till mid may. I got a text Monday morning may 1st at 11am saying my car made it to the lot. I was told I had to come that day or tomrorow to pick it up or it would be sold from underneath me, even tho i already put a 500 down to claim it. Unprofessional to say the least. Considering I live 3 hours away and have a job. So instead of them waiting for Saturday I had to miss work just to go down to prevent my car being sold out from under me. “ Joe “ my salesman was very unprofessional and was not helpful at all. Even on the test ride he could not tell me A THING about the car. Had no knowledge I was confused to as why he was my salesmen. A salesmen should know what there selling. To top it all off. I agreed to a price of 13 thousand dollars for the value of the car I was trading in. Car was in near perfect condition. Yes that is the price I agreed to even tho I was looking for 15 thousand and in fact tried to get that but to them the “ cash value was 13 “ even tho Kelly Blue Book said 15,500. Yet I look on there site the next day to see my traded in car by them going for 23thousand dollars. I would not recommend this dealership. This is my 3rd time buying a vehicle and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Really dissapointed. More
