I had previously owned a 2013 CRV and had replaced the battery three times, the first time it was under warranty. The problem was finally resolved due to a computer glitch. Consequently, I was reluctant t battery three times, the first time it was under warranty. The problem was finally resolved due to a computer glitch. Consequently, I was reluctant to buy another CRV. I relayed my story to my sales consultant, Steven, who went over and above to make it right for me by sharing my story with his manager, Eric. I ended up purchasing a 2020 CRV Touring and Eric reimbursed me for my two batteries. Now that's a wonderful experience. Thank you both for listening. More
