This is my second lease with them and I had purchases a car prior to leasing with Bianchi as well. They do their homework first and come to the deal prepared! Dan M. was ready to go when I came in on Friday afternoon and had everything ready for me...the paperwork, car, other staff...everything was in place! I had come prepared with a lunch packed and everything but no way- he wasn't making me wait around! I didn't feel rushed, he still answered all my questioned and set my clock and radio stations, etc. but it wasn't boring "wait around for nothing" time spend either. I actually enjoyed this car deal...wait, did I really say that?!?!?!?! More

Satisfying sales experience. My wife and I had been discussing trading our Odyssey and were interested at looking at the Honda Pilot. After looking online at another dealers inven My wife and I had been discussing trading our Odyssey and were interested at looking at the Honda Pilot. After looking online at another dealers inventory of Pilots, which was rather sparse, we looked at Bianchi's inventory and found there to be a good selection of new Pilots. We stopped by and spoke with Tim Roberts about Pilots and test drove one. Tim was very helpful and answered our questions. After discussing the features we wanted, Tim brought one out from inventory in both the color and the features we wanted. The dealership was very clean and attractive and the staff all seemed very friendly. Jason Porreco, the owner, stopped by introducing himself to us the first day. The second day when we picked up the Pilot, Jason again shook our hands and went and got us each a bottle of water. I think that is the first time I have ever had the owner of a dealership come by and speak with me. Very nice. More
