We are always treated fairly and with respect, We love the service department that also treats us fairly and with respect. They are honest and easy to work with as well. When we purchase a new Honda, we pass them down to our kids. Among others, we still have a 2003 Honda Civic with over 223,000 miles on it and an '07 Pilot with over 230,000 miles. We love our Hondas! When we have a family gathering at our home, and all our family are here, we jokingly call out cul=de=sac, "Bianchi Honda West!" Thanks you Bianchi Honda in Erie, PA! We'll be back! More

Converted to Honda Pilot after Years of Jeep Driving After searching for many months on a possible replacement for my Jeep SUV I went into Bianchi after witnessing good customer service before. Needless After searching for many months on a possible replacement for my Jeep SUV I went into Bianchi after witnessing good customer service before. Needless to say I also had a great experience. After explaining the various issues in what I need in a replacement SUV the dealer was more informative then pressuring me into something that they had on the lot. Drove a few vehicles on the lot and after much discussion realized the Honda Pilot was the best option. Dealer worked with me when the specific trim package was not available. Once one became available (after a few months) notified me before they posted for potential other buyers. After all of this came in and discussed upfront pricing options and worked with me. Even though I ended up paying a little more than what I was intending to, I feel satisfied that all employees were helpful and were helping me in my best interest. Will encourage to use Bianchi for future sales. Nice to see upfront car dealer that helps the customers. More
