Efficient Pleasant and the Extra Mile I didn't have to wait to speak with a salesman. He asked a few questions about what I was wanting. I test drove a couple of cars. Joe Denning, our salesman, was clear about the features of the cars. He was patient and went the extra mile cleaning off snowy cars from the weather the night before. He was clear at explaining my options for leasing either a 2019 CR-V LX or a 2018 CR-V EX. Lennon Askew drew up the paperwork and I was driving a new car off the lot in a matter of 4-5 hours. Joe even removed my old plate and put it on the new car in very cold temperatures. Thank you Joe and Lennon! Both were very pleasant and personable. More

Painless process Called Monday morning and notified Mike Vogt that I would be driving up from Pittsburgh and arriving mid afternoon to see a 2016 CPO accord. The car w Called Monday morning and notified Mike Vogt that I would be driving up from Pittsburgh and arriving mid afternoon to see a 2016 CPO accord. The car was warmed up and available for inspection just outside the sales office. Went on a test drive and upon return to the dealership we started paperwork. Financing was quick and we talked about different options. After finalizing that paperwork the car was detailed and I was able to enjoy my ride home in a shiny new (to me) car. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and never felt any pressure to make a decision. I would highly recommend working with Mike Vogt and the rest of his team at Bianchi. I would also return here to purchase another vehicle in the future. More
