Jason came over to chat with me and I had to relay this old story. Years ago after purchasing the Civic I was in for an oil change, about $25 at the time. My debit card wouldn’t work and I had no cash, go figure. So I called my daughter to borrow the cash and went to pick it up. Before arriving my cell rang and it was Jason, “I just want you to know that I’m going to cover you for the service, no charge.” With three small kids this was a God sent so, I’ll always buy from Bianchi, one because of their dedication to customers and two because of Honda quality.
