The salesman, Ken Hammer, is amazing and does his job very well. The maintenance side, however, has been disappointing lately. All three vehicles I have purchased have gone off of the lot without cosmetic deficiencies being corrected prior. I have had to make several calls and trips to have these corrected and will have to do so again for the CRV. Since I purchased it at night, I did not see the dents and scratches. More

The sales representative I worked I purchased a 2012 Toyota Rav 4 from Bianchi Honda. The experience was the best I have ever had with a dealership. The sales representative I worked with was Henry Aldrete and the finance representative was Lennon Askew. Henry was by far the nicest and most easy going sales representative I have ever worked with. He was not "pushy" at all and helped me find the exact car I wanted and made the car buying experience simple. Lennon was fantastic as well and made the purchasing experience quick, easy, and painless.
