I’ve been looking for a second vehicle for a little while and when I saw something I was interested in at Bianchi I knew I had to get back in touch with Henry. Once again he went above and beyond, constantly arranging his schedule around mine. He was professional, fun to work with, and in the end I believe both he and Bianchi have a lifelong customer. Dissatisfied I have visited this dealership twice in the past two weeks and both times I met with Antonio. Both times he left me and went to deal with another cust I have visited this dealership twice in the past two weeks and both times I met with Antonio. Both times he left me and went to deal with another customer. On my first visit he showed me two cars and then he said he had to go somewhere and he left us and told us goodbye. While I was test driving a car on my second visit, he sat with two other people at his desk and then gave them a car to drive and then he constantly ran between us and did not give me the full attention that I have come to expect from dealers. He also constantly was doing other things and kept messing up the prices on the cars I was looking at which made it confusing. I was definitely planning to buy a car my second time but I felt like I was being cheated and that he was not taking me seriously so I left instead. I was not offered water or coffee and no pleasantries were made. More

Nice experience I had a very nice experience buying my used car..I have walked away from many dealers for being too pushy..I feel Henry went out of his way for me in I had a very nice experience buying my used car..I have walked away from many dealers for being too pushy..I feel Henry went out of his way for me in seeing I was satisfied with everything ..called me many times while I had a little body work done.on my vehicle ..while a person is wating for whatever reason the perks their make the wait easy..The only thing that surprised me was their was nobody stationed at the information desk very often..I was amazed to see so many people coming in and looking lost and not knowing what to do..Very nice experience I had..
