I brought my car in for an appointment (8:00 AM). My car was not even looked at when I inquired about it at 11:45. I was then invited to have lunch with the staff because service was closed for an h My car was not even looked at when I inquired about it at 11:45. I was then invited to have lunch with the staff because service was closed for an hour from 12-1. My car was finally completed by 1:45. Just under 6 hours in not acceptable. My time is valuable. Other than my salesperson or advisor, no one came to speak with me. Terrible service. The last time I was there for 3 hours to add a option that was not set up at purchase. More
