My 2024 Lyriq had been on order for 18 months and still no sign of when it was coming in!!! There was a model that came in at Big Star just like the one I ordered. I called about it and talked to Frederic no sign of when it was coming in!!! There was a model that came in at Big Star just like the one I ordered. I called about it and talked to Frederick, he explained it was one that was also ordered for another customer. They had to give them xxx # of days to accept or not. Frederick told me he would call me as soon as they heard of the customer wanted the vehicle or not. To my surprise Frederick called me the next morning to tell me the customer didn’t want the car and if I wanted it,‘it was mine!!! That was the best news. Frederick and the rest of the staff made the whole process very easy. Within a couple of hours I was driving off in my 2024 Lyriq. Frederick has checked in with me a couple of times to see how I’m doing. He’s very personable and I would highly recommend him and Big Star Cadillac to anyone looking for their next vehicle purchase.
