After a failed attempt to start the new build process at another Cadillac dealer in the Woodlands I contacted Big Star Cadillac and met Frederick. He jumped right in and helped; he was very attentive and i another Cadillac dealer in the Woodlands I contacted Big Star Cadillac and met Frederick. He jumped right in and helped; he was very attentive and informative and made the process to start my new build quick and easy. He took the time to review the new build with me to ensure I had exactly what I wanted and needed and walked me through the process. It's been a pleasure working with him; he is available if I have any questions or concerns - even while on vacation he took my call - I really appreciate that and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. We took Our Son to purchase a CT5, were approved over the phone. When We arrived, He wanted a different vehicle. The salesman Victor was so angry, He verbalized to Me “As hard as I worked on this deal and yo phone. When We arrived, He wanted a different vehicle. Man, I can’t believe you’re gonna do this.” Very rude to us and the other car cost more. We went 5 minutes down the road and purchased elsewhere the same day where We were treated with respect. More
