Key to continuing getting my ELR serviced here is Bobby Miller. I guess we've known him since 2005 when Mary got her SRX at Ron Carter Cadillac in Alvin. It was good he was still there after the change in Miller. I guess we've known him since 2005 when Mary got her SRX at Ron Carter Cadillac in Alvin. It was good he was still there after the change in ownership to a mulistate company. Bigger isn't always better for customers. So far, so good. Thanks Bobby! My thanks to he technician who replaced the CUE hardware and left little evidence of the repair work. The CUE is like new. More

Excellent salesman (George), nothing to say but the best about him. He was always in contact with me, even picked me up from the airport and even after I bought the car, stayed in touch. I felt no added pre about him. He was always in contact with me, even picked me up from the airport and even after I bought the car, stayed in touch. I felt no added pressure from him and I would probably buy again from him. However the dealership is a different story. The dealership (George’s boss) was unwilling to negotiate at all. I flew from out of town, I was going to buy the car regardless but despite my attempts, they were not willing to budge by a penny. Honestly $100 off the final price would have made me felt better. I hate the feeling of take it or leave it, but that’s how I felt. I had planned on buying an add on protection plan, but after not willing to drop the price, I had to decline these. Again, George is amazing, but the dealership did leave me with a sour taste. More
