I went to Big Star Cadillac when it was Ron Carter Cadillac in 2020. I am currently leasing an XT5 and Daisy Gutierrez was my salesperson. I cannot say enough things about the service and the dealership! We visited 10+ dealerships over the week and our last stop was Big Star Cadillac and we arrived 10 minutes before closing. We called on our way and they insured us they would wait on us and help with whatever we needed. Upon arrival I was so happy with the service & dealership I was signing paperwork on my new car within 1hr. Not only did the dealership stay open they had exactly what we were looking for! Best buying experience with Daisy! Great customer service all around. Daisy took the time to understand our needs and provide options based on those. Our family had recently totaled Great customer service all around. Daisy took the time to understand our needs and provide options based on those. Our family had recently totaled our Porche Macan and we needed to purchase a vehicle asap that fit our growing family. Daisy was able to find us the perfect vehicle quickly and effectively without us having to spend hours at the dealership. They also had inventory, which has been an issue with other dealerships. The process was very streamlined from viewing the cars to signing the paperwork. The staff at the dealership was very professional, very detail oriented, and extremely helpful. More
