Buying this vehicle was by far the most frustrating experience for buying a car. After buying my car, the sun roof was broken and needed to be fixed. Because if this, I didn’t get to drive off the lot the day I bought it. I was promised that I could pick it up the next day, the next day comes and it wasn’t ready. The communication was so awful that nobody even told me that my car was being sent to a shop in Houston. I was told that instead of putting the sunroof on the tracks that they would try to fix it. The only communication we received was when we would reach out and ask a million questions. Turns out, they ended up not fixing the sunroof after days of having it because I demanded that I get the car that I bought. When I received the car, the sunroof was out back in “place” but the whole top is all uneven. There was grease stains inside of my car where they had worked on the sunroof. The car was a mess on the inside, which I have pictures to prove. This whole car buying experience that was supposed to be an exciting time turned out to be very disappointing and stressful. Makes me never want to buy a car again. More
This time, experience with the dealership was little bit better than it was last time. We had purchased a car a year ago. Ya'll have different fees to add to the ticket price last year. The other issue was that Hyundai finance took about a month to create an account for me. That meant I had to go back to the dealership to make my first car note. Other than that I could say the experience was a little bit above average. More
