Ms. Robeson and Christian took real good care of me. I was treated well as always by Big Star Hyundai. Caleb in service always takes good care of me and my vehicle every time I'm up there. We had the worst experience at Big Star Hyundai while trying to buy a used car. After paying for the car, they kept it for 3 days with no updates, and every time we followed up with the sales lady, Arin, trying to buy a used car. After paying for the car, they kept it for 3 days with no updates, and every time we followed up with the sales lady, Arin, all we got was the vague response that they didn’t know where the car was or when it would be ready. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When we finally got the car, they promised us a $500 gift card as compensation for the inconvenience, which turned out to be nothing but a set of discount coupons—not what we were told. To make matters worse, we were initially told that the car came with two key fobs and that the second would arrive with the registration. Over a month later, we were informed that they couldn’t locate the second key fob and had no intention of compensating us or getting a new one made. Chris, the sales manager, was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. We have never encountered such poor customer service at a dealership before. Save yourself the headache and avoid Big Star Hyundai at all costs. They don’t value their customers, and their promises mean nothing! More
