My 2015 Malibu I walked into Bob Hook and several sales people didn't notice me. Then Mr. Dabney seen me from sitting way at his desk and came up to me and said "Can I walked into Bob Hook and several sales people didn't notice me. (As the day unfolded I discovered it was his first day back after been off for a while and my first purchase of car in over 10 years!) I was set on a purchase I seen online for a 2016 Malibu. However, that didn't work out after I got more details. Mr. Dabney was so amazing and kind! He weather the cold that day looking around the lot to see if there something else I would like. He was very patient with me and expressed his sincerity to make sure I was happy and that I get exactly what I want. I finally settled on the 2015 Malibu after test drive. It was a rocky start of purchase with the finance department but if it wasn't for Mr. Dabney, I may have just walked away. He was friendly and so understanding. I especially knew appreciated his understanding when he talked to my sister about the issues I was having right after purchase. My sister can be a lot and he handled it like a champ! He was very professional and again went above and beyond to be sure I was happy with my purchase. (I laughed with him later and then I apologize for my sister...I'm sure he remembers this). This brings me to Kris in service. My issue after purchase was the engine light. It was on and off for a while. Its been a little over a month since my purchase and I'm still dealing with this engine light. However, Kris has been so awesome and great to work with! He has gone above and beyond to be sure eventually, my issue can be resolved! Hopefully, its all good when I get my car back! I would definitely recommend Bob Hook on Bardstown road to anyone that asks! Thank you again! More
