Took my Odyssey in for scheduled maintenance. I received a cost estimate and the time it would take. Went to the customer waiting room with my dog; I love dog friendly companies. The customer area has a hug a cost estimate and the time it would take. Went to the customer waiting room with my dog; I love dog friendly companies. The customer area has a huge selection of complimentary hot and cold drinks and snacks, including homemade cookies. My car was ready at the estimated time, and the cost was spot on. If you want a Honda, this is a great dealership. No pressure, easy negotiation, and no packing. We've bought three new Hondas here, and when it becomes time to buy another, we'll be back. We live in Springfield, but the drive to Peoria is well worth our time. This is an A+ dealership. More

Me and my husband went to buy a new Honda Accord Hybrid Sport, the sales Manager Paul Schmidt is too rude treated us very badly after buying the car and even raised his voice on us and tried to kick us out just for trying to negotiate on the price. They cant just treat us like xxxx for trying to negotiate on car. Worst customer service ever had. Not sure how @Honda even appoint such salesmen who don't have patience and know how to treat their customers. They don't have any knowledge on car or the car features and tried to charge extra for color which is free from Honda.Even their website don't have correct listing of features of car , the internet member will not send the correct information and nor the sales manager or sales people know anything about cars. More

Very good experience with Scott Schuster, sales manager. He was able to get me the 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback (sport) that I was looking for. When I came in to pick up the car and trade in my 2009 Honda Civ He was able to get me the 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback (sport) that I was looking for. When I came in to pick up the car and trade in my 2009 Honda Civic Fit Sport (which I bought from Bob Lindsay Honda in '09), Scott supported me through the process and even sat with me and showed me all the accessories. I'll continue to buy from Bob Lindsay Honda! More
