I was welcomed as a returning customer, which is important as to why I chose to return to Bob Lindsay. The quality of Honda has everything to do with my purchase. The redesign was the reason to purchase the 2017 Pilot. It is difficult these days to find an SUV that looks like an SUV and not a cross over or minivan. I appreciate Scott showing me all the details of the Pilot and offering to answer any future questions I may have. Paul made it a point to shake my hand and thank me for the purchase.
