Bought a new Cherokee Latitude We stopped by on my girlfriend's birthday to "look" at a new car for her. He was very kind, and offered his assistance, without pressure. He spent the time to show us the vehicles we were interested in and answered all of our questions. When the time came to talk 'shop' he surprised us by providing an option we had not considered and that most other salesman/dealers may have kept to themselves. He exceeded our expectations making the process fun, easy and stress free. Within 24 hours we driving away with a great deal, never doubting Rick did right by us.
