Trade my 99 dodge ram for a 2016 Jeep compass. I had some negative equity and wasn't sure we could make it happen. Rick was absolutely great. He showed me my options and settled on a Jeep Renegade Latitude. It had every option I was looking for and when the first one we looked at was missing an option he found the right vehicle for me. He worked the numbers and we were able to come to an agreement that fit my budget. I even lowered my car payment. Rick showed memail how to use the features in the car and told me he would be available in the future to answer other questions. Rick gree We went in to Bonneville for a Subaru we had seen online after having shopped around at some Subaru dealerships and feeling pretty let down. Rick greeted us as we walked in and got right to the point. He showed us the car, told us all about what Bonneville is about (NOT selling lemons) and ran the numbers. I liked his honesty and "no xx" attitude. After realizing the Subaru we wanted wasn't a good fit financially, he found us another car that had the qualities we were looking for and was in our budget. Our overall experience with him was great, we didn't feel like he was being dishonest and that helps a lot when buying a car. Now I'm driving a SUV/Crossover and we will definitely hit Rick up again when it's time to make another purchase. We didn't speak with Norm at all, but he was the one who got us great financing so we appreciate his help. We also worked with Dan Rietz and enjoyed it very much. More

I recently got into a car accident and my car was considered a total loss. My insurance company only covered a certain amount of my loan, leaving me with $3,000 of negative equity to carry over into a new loan. Now, being the young adult that I am, I don't make a lot of money and my credit score was low due to being so new to paying bills. With all of that said, it was next to impossible for me to even get into a car. I went and talked to other dealerships (to weigh my options) and they had been trying to screw me over with monthly payments, high interest rates, or just telling me that they couldn't help. Then, I saved the best for last. I drove to Bonneville and son with low expectations and drove out with a new car and a doable monthly car payment. Rick always goes the extra mile for me to get me into a car that I can both afford and be happy with. He never fails to go through every single option in the book to see what he can do to better every experience I have there. I never want to go to another dealership or salesman again for as long as Rick works at Bonneville and Son. He coaches you through the process of buying the car and everything that you have to know about what you are getting into. He will be the one who will sacrifice his time and energy for you. He's there to help and not make this process any harder than it already has to be, I can't thank Rick enough for all that he has done for me and how much he has helped my dad and I through these trying times. Competitive pricing, This is my second purchase from Bonneville and fundamentally, they had the right product at the right price. All three of the guys I dealt with were This is my second purchase from Bonneville and fundamentally, they had the right product at the right price. All three of the guys I dealt with were pleasant and knowledgeable. I came away with the vehicle I wanted, got close enough on the price for my trade-in, and the bottom line was that it all worked out well. As a buyng experience, there was reasonable clarity around price. For example, Rick called up KBB and we looked at it together and could quickly come to the right math. I hated the old school back and forth game with the "let me talk to my manager" dance (I know some people who love it and miss it). There's some of that I overheard when in the showroom, but to Rick's credit, we didn't engage that way (I would have walked away if we had). I'd say there are vestiges of that experience. Found myself sitting too long for one aspect or another of the process. I'd contrast that with a Grappone up in Concord, with its no commission sales model and just a more contemporary give and take experience. I think there is a heightened awareness of customer service at Bonneville and they are trying hard. Not quite there yet, but working on it. I'd go back again if I needed to and that's the most important point to make. More

Many Auto Dealer encounters are frustrating and take longer than necessary to accomplish the goal of sharing information in regards to what the Buyer wants and the shenanigans that take place regarding pricing! Well, our experience with Tom Beaudin and his counterparts (Dan for one!) was amazing! Tom listened to our questions, answered them with knowledge and confidence which we certainly appreciated. Tom won our confidence and quickly got the sale. We are the proud owners of a 2017 Jeep Wrangler and we love it! Thank you Tom! Have already sent my daughter to Bonneville & Son! More
