Amazing experience I went to Bonneville with my wife's 2012 Dodge Journey for service. The car was at 110K miles, so no more warranty. The service team fixed the oil pump then there were still problems. They were upfront and said it could be your transmission and that is another $3-4K plus you may have a problem with the 4 wheel drive. My options were limited at that point, put $6-7K into a car with 110K miles, take as is until it died, or talk to sales. I decided to talk to sales. My salesperson was Mike Raymond. I told Mike that I bought a Jeep Cherokee from another dealer a few months back due to the price (he wasn't happy that they lost on price and said it won't happen this time). I told him I wanted the same car. He could have easily tried to squeeze every last dollar out of me at that point, but he told me he would get me the best deal he could. I don't like going into a car dealership without doing my homework (I had some knowledge with buying the other Cherokee, but I didn't know the latest incentives and I was leasing this one instead of purchasing it). We decided on a car and a lease price that seemed good to me. I had to get the title on my other car, so Mike got me a loaner to drive home and get it (the new car was being prepped and driving the Journey was not a good idea). I got back, signed the papers, then left with my new Cherokee. I did double checked when I got home and the lease deal I received was better than good, it was great. I went to the dealership with the expectation that I would not be leaving with a new vehicle. My credit situation is less than ideal and I didn't have much to put for a down payment. I met Mike Raymond who was extremely pleasant and professional from the start. I explained my situation and told him what I wanted, and he told me he would do whatever he could to help me out and that's exactly what he did! Mike was truly wonderful to work with and everyone I spoke with at the dealership was friendly and made me feel like they genuinely wanted to help. If you are thinking about purchasing a new vehicle I would highly recommend Bonneville and Son, and ask for Mike!! More
