Pat consistently told us the things we need to have in-hand to complete a transaction and took the guesswork out of the process. He also has a lot of great stories to tell to help pass the tme when you are waiting for paperwork to be processed and such. Never a dull moment! I also appreciate that he didn't get cranky when I made a last-minute decision to change from the dark green Cherokee to the mango tango. (Best decision of my life, by the way. Love that car!).
