Even after the Jeep was purchased, Tom took a lot of time to impart his wisdom, advice and detailed knowledge of the Wrangler to help Kassidy become thoroughly familiar with the ins and outs of her new Jeep. Dealer service extras, such as brand new tires, a full tank of gas, registering, and driving the Jeep down to Mass, were unexpected and much appreciated. What set him apart from all the other sales sales staff had worked with at other places, was his relaxed demeanor and honesty. Dave went of a few test drives with us, and was knowledgeable, and if he didn't know the answer he jumped at the change to find it out for us. There was a twin car to the one I purchase at neighboring dealership, but between the nasty sales man there and the pressure, we brought our business to Bonneville. The one thing that could use improvement at the dealership is the communication between department to department. But over all, I enjoy the friendliness of the dealership, and how it seems to be very customer focused. More
