I knew what I wanted and they had a handful of very nice choices for me to look at. I worked with Greg P. in sales and he was nothing short of amazing. Greg kept in contact with me when one of the vehicles I was looking at was off-site for a bit. He was also very flexible as I began to ask multiple questions about different vehicles, and how the deal was moving along. I can't recommend him, and Bourne's, enough. Amazing experience! I usually don’t write many reviews, but I couldn’t resist writing this one from my recent experience at Bourne’s Auto. For many years now my fami I usually don’t write many reviews, but I couldn’t resist writing this one from my recent experience at Bourne’s Auto. For many years now my family has been buying cars at Bourne’s and every time our experience has been outstanding. Within the last year and a half we had purchased three vehicles and now it was my turn! Prior to these three we had gotten two others in the past. So you can understand how much my family loves to buy cars at Bournes‘s So I went in with an idea of what I wanted to buy. However, with the large number of exceptional cars to choose from I became indecisive. Greg Cummings, Certified Sales Profession, was helping me with my search. Greg is the utmost professional and did a great job! He took his time with me. We sat down together and discussed the features that I was looking for in my car. Then he had several cars available for me to test drive. He never rushed me with my decision and told me to take my time while test driving them so that I would feel confident in my selection. Throughout the whole process he never once pressured me nor persuaded me in making my decision. When I finally made my decision, one in which I am extremely excited and happy with, Greg made sure my car looked absolutely spotless and beautiful when I picked it up. I could not be happier with my decision and the kind, courteous, professional job done by Greg. I also, want to mention the exceptional job Dallas Burnham, Appraiser, Purchasing Agent, did as well. Dallas gave me a very fair trade-in and he did a great job helping me too. Both Greg and Dallas are very professional and great at their Job! Hands-down Bourne’s is the best place to purchase a car.
