Spoke with Dave in finance who was fair and straightforward , Also provided me with excellent and aggressive with financing options that I was impressed with. We made the deal, they delivered the car as promised with the items repaired that were agreed to. I have to say that I was impressed and quite happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone. More

We have had nothing but wonderful customer service from all transactions. It literally took less than two hours to walk in and be greeted by brilliant staff that were extremely helpful and kind to driving off the lot in our new vehicle. Cynical guy is happy I absolutely despise car dealers and had a serious tension headache the morning I set out car shopping knowing what I was getting myself into. I was e I absolutely despise car dealers and had a serious tension headache the morning I set out car shopping knowing what I was getting myself into. I was expecting a full day of lies and deceit and being worn down to a nub. To my pleasant surprise, I walked into Bourne's this past Saturday at 9am and within 10 minutes of being there I was handed the keys for my solo test drive by Mario. He asked me and my wife a few simple questions that would progress the sale after our test drive and sent us off. We were told to take our time. There was no pressure. No instant need to run your credit as soon as you walk in. My wife and I were gone for 15-20 minutes on the test drive and liked the car. After arriving back and deciding to proceed with purchasing, we were offered a little less on our trade in. Mario asked us what we wanted and took off for a total of 60 seconds!!!! Not 15 minutes but 60 seconds to find out from his manager who then agreed to give us what we wanted. We waited 10-15 minutes for a finance guy to get free and entered the office of David Olson. He had our paperwork drawn up with a interest rate lower than our pre-approved rate. He asked us if we would like any added warranties and we only had to decline once and he dropped the subject. David gave us our paperwork, shook our hands and sent us on our way. Mario had the car sent to be detailed which took about 30 minutes then handed us our keys and a t-shirt when it was done. This is how car sales should be done. Low pressure. No pretending to be best friends for life. No telling you that car is going to blow up if you dont get the warranty. No salesman pretending to care about your life on a uncomfortable test drive while your trying to pay attention to the vehicle. Bourne's has a good reputation that is well deserved. More
