Bad service Only 2 weeks after getting my car I took it to the service department after heading sounds coming from my car and a little bit of shaking after going Only 2 weeks after getting my car I took it to the service department after heading sounds coming from my car and a little bit of shaking after going 60pmh. Knowing cars it sounds like a wheel bearing. The 1st time I went in they re-balance my tires since they did put new times before I got the car. I drove out the dealership and still the same problem. I called them and talk to the manager. He told me to bring it back in on a weekday if I think it’s that’s the problem. They keep my car from 8am to 5:30pm to just tell me that they don’t hear no sounds. They told me that the manager will call me about the sound, I said ok and drove off again. And again still the same sound and the shaking. That was on a Monday. I even called and left the manager a voicemail about it to call me back on Wednesday. Now it’s Thursday and still no call or nothing. The car is still in the 90 day or 2500 miles warranty they tell you that you have but yet they won’t fix your problem. Only mask them. I won’t be coming back to this dealership. More

A Tale of Two Cars Ok before we get started your in for a roller coaster of a ride!!! One Jose Molina is a great Car Consultant (I don't want to call him a sales man, he Ok before we get started your in for a roller coaster of a ride!!! One Jose Molina is a great Car Consultant (I don't want to call him a sales man, he is so much more) and showed me so many different vehicles without once complaining. We saw Cars, We Saw Trucks, we even looked at a Hybrid. He took his time ever step of the way, and made it a great buying experience for a 2015 Mercedes that I bought on a Wednesday. I was so amazed at his abilities that I came back on Monday the Following week to buy another car. This time looking for a SUV. Jose once again showed me car after car, and showed me options after options and when I made a selection a 2015 Lincoln MKX it came time to do the paperwork (Once again not Jose Molinas area,) this transaction somehow ended up being slightly more difficult I believe due to a very low offer on my trade in (the Wrecked value was est 7k, was only offered $2500, which they graciously increased to 3000k after I showed them the NADA reflecting close to 7K). Besides that I drove off in a beautiful car at a fair price. Now, their is no law saying they "Have to Buy my Vehicle" but the idea that its only worth half of what its "Worth" was kinda a slap in the face for a guy who spent close to 45 K in under a week. Jose Moling you and Sue were amazing, and I will buy from here again. I just might have to consider whether or not I want to do a actual trade or not. More

We test drove a number of cars, and when we decided on our car, the buying process was also super easy. They are upstairs from the DMV, so they registered it and put the plates on for us. 3 and a half hours from start to finish and we drove the new car home. Great experience. More
