Disappointed. Called about vehicle and told them we would make 4 hour drive to dealership. Told the vehicle was there. Two hours into trip received call that it was sold. Would have appreciated to be would make 4 hour drive to dealership. Told the vehicle was there. Two hours into trip received call that it was sold. Would have appreciated to be held until we could get there since we did call first. Luckily we did find a similar vehicle at another dealership and purchased so it wasn’t a wasted trip. Sorry Bournival, no future business from us. Thanks anyways! More

Let’s face it.. NO ONE wants to buy a vehicle (or a house) during this time period. It’s miserable, inventory is non existent, prices are higher than you even imagined, and salesman attitudes are take house) during this time period.
