Traded jeep for a pick up Had to get out of my lease of my 2016 jeep wrangler, due to almost at my limit for milage. I've been strong handed into buying extras I did not want or need, I've sat in very tense atmospheres where you feel as if you don't have any say in the transaction. I'm very glad to say this was not the experience at Branhaven. A simple email sent from their website started what I'd like to consider a great relationship between our family and Branhaven. My wife and I are leasing a 2019 Wrangler with intent to buy and we worked with Matt Cestaro, Carlos Vidal & Steve Lakomski, this dream team listened patiently to every want and need we had and walked us step by step in the process. We were given multiple finance options, we were given a thorough test drive and walk around with the car and more importantly than all, we were given time, Matt encouraged us to sleep on it and really think about what we were doing and by doing so, it became obvious this dealership wasn't like the others. To top it all off, the day we came to pick up our new car, there was an approaching thunderstorm, not wanting to leave our puppy alone at home we took a chance bringing her only to have everyone in the dealer welcome her and play with her as we processed paperwork. Once again, all from a simple email just to get more information on leasing, our family is now a Jeep family and we cannot wait for the next Wrangler that we will get from Branhaven. More
