I felt like they listened good and weren’t overly pushy. I didn’t like that I had to wait 15+ minutes for my scheduled appointment and had wished I just walked in. I went to the dealership on Monday January 29th, 2024 to have a bed step installed on my truck. While I am happy with the way it turned out, it was somewhat of an inconvenience. When I scheduled the appoint have a bed step installed on my truck. While I am happy with the way it turned out, it was somewhat of an inconvenience. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would take about 30 minutes. Because of this, I opted to take the truck in and wait until it was done as it was the middle of the workday. I waited for approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. Had I have known this, I would have dropped off the vehicle and made accommodations to come pick it up later. I was stranded at the dealership with no explanation as to why it was taking much longer than what I was told. Nobody informed me as to why it was taking longer and I had to go ask 2 different people to get an update. By this point, I had been waiting for 2 hours and was told at that time they were working on it and it would be about 30 minutes. I waited 45 more minutes and then was informed it was done. I come here frequently for service and am impressed, I just wish there was better communication in this instance. I had to rearrange other appointments throughout the day due to the lack of communication. I could have arranged to leave the vehicle and come back later. More
