I had an outstanding experience with Joel Kitchen and Brent Brown service department. I had an unexpected service need because the splash guard under my car was coming loose and hanging down. I went for my first 5000 miles for my corolla, service was good, it took around 60 minutes since I arrived. there is good poits, Joel was amazin and servicial for my questions and updates. I had an appointment and was abble to enter 30 minutes early, waiting area its algo good and you have snack machine and tables + free internet. now about the bad things, even I had an appointment + request the shuttle service, they ask me to add me on the shuttle list. I did this at 4:07pm, they driver was supossed to call me, but that didnt happent, I wait 30 minutes to ask Joel about the shuttle service, the van was just arriving and they were cleaning one, but there was another one outside parked... no one shows up and i had to wait, no ones call me never. so car service was good, customer service was not that good. I also was expecting a car at least somehow vaccum or a car wash as my nyssan car service gift. More

I had my 30,000 mile service, they didn't reset the need maintenance again. Also bought new tires, when I got home I checked them out. I was missing to valve stem covers.
