This dealership is the best. I/my family have been going there for the past 20 or so years and the level does not change, it's been top notch the whole way. I have known Nelson through the dealership for as long as I have been going there and he definitely sets the bar for care and respect for his customers; he makes you feel like a good friend or family. Anthony Pilla and Marci Lynn helped me with the purchase and financing of my 2018 Forester and they take the torch and run downfield with the same level I have come to expect from Brewster Subaru. Anthony was informative, attentive to what I wanted/needed in my vehicle, was patient with me, and was a pleasure to work with...bonus points for being a hockey fan too. Marci Lynn, was especially patient with me and provided a process that I was very happy with the outcome of and was also a pleasure to work with...bonus points for being a dog lover. Not sure if it was incompetence or apathy, but hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car salesperson. Rude and dismissive, talked down to my wife on several occasions, and didn’t seem particul the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car salesperson. Rude and dismissive, talked down to my wife on several occasions, and didn’t seem particularly interested in what was going on. If Brewster Subaru didn’t have the exact car we wanted, and we weren’t on a time crunch, we 10000% would have gone elsewhere. The experience was so comically bad that at multiple times we thought it was a prank. If you have a choice and the time - I’d consider going elsewhere. More

My husband & I had a wonderful experience choosing our new Subaru Forrester Touring at Brewster Subaru. Our sales person, Robyn Rey was very knowledgeable and was easily able to help us decide which model new Subaru Forrester Touring at Brewster Subaru. The general manager, Nelson DeMelo, helped us with pricing and finance options. He made the car buying process easy, friendly and FUN! The day we chose to pick up our car we also met Marci Lynn, The Business Manager.
