Lastly, Nelson Demelo gets big points for remembering long-ago customers, whether they are in the sales department or waiting in the service area (which is also terrific, by the way). We came to Brewster Subaru and met with Fred Fogel who we found to be a very friendly and helpful salesmen. We wrote up the sales contract at the e-price previously agreed to. The vehicle we ordered experienced transit delays. Since we needed the car immediately, Fred Fogel found an identical vehicle at a nearby Subaru dealership and within a short period of time we took delivery. We had lots of questions since this is my first Subaru and all were answered. Bruce Fisher was just a great salesman from first phone call to handshake last night. Rich Johnson was the most efficient and informative Finance point person I have ever worked with. I actually understood everything we went over! My husband met Anthony in service while getting his free Starbucks coffee (!) and was quite impressed. I have no doubt that I will love my car and feel comfortable picking up the phone or driving in to get any answers I need with a smile. He took the time on a Friday night before a Holiday weekend to go over in detail the important aspects of my new Subaru. Not only is Rich thorough and knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles, he is also very knowledgeable about Amtrak trains. Yes, you read that right. While meeting with Rich, my son texted me to let me know he missed his train home from college. Rich was happy to turn the meeting from business at hand to helping my son get home.
