The car is a fricken snowmobile!! Disclaimer- I have not driven it in the snow yet... I bought a certified pre owned Crosstrek, which the sales rep, Anthony, assured me is in fact a Disclaimer- I have not driven it in the snow yet... I bought a certified pre owned Crosstrek, which the sales rep, Anthony, assured me is in fact a snowmobile (Anthony drives a snowmobile too). After one week of owning the car (snowmobile), I found the USB port to not be working. I called up Anthony, who was very helpful, set up an appointment to repair it for me free of charge. The morning of the appointment I found the button that initiates the power to the USB port, and in fact I am an idiot.... but I digress, the car (snowmobile) is great. Would highly recommend this dealer. Shout out to my homie Rich who has the same birthday as me. Whoop whoop!! More

Great Experience with Fred at Brewster Subaru I think my overall experience in dealing with Brewster Subaru can be summed up in one moment- When I opened the gas tank for the first time to gas up I think my overall experience in dealing with Brewster Subaru can be summed up in one moment- When I opened the gas tank for the first time to gas up the car, Fred had hidden a $2 bill with a little notecard around it. It was such a perfect example of the attention to detail and service I received when purchasing my car with him. I commend Fred's follow through- even after I had initially decided to go with another dealership, he asked what he could do to win my business and followed up every few days. The process was a pleasure- instead of filling out an impersonal online credit application, they had me fill out an application in person, ran it for me, and called me back with the results. Patrick and Rich were also more than helpful as managers. I also appreciated their honesty- whereas another dealership had tried the pressure tactic of telling me the color I wanted was hard to find and were selling out quickly as the model year end came to an end, Fred reassured me that there would not be any issue finding the color I wanted and that it would be in within a few days. He also took the time to go over every single feature in the car with me and explain the blue tooth hookup. Overall, I highly reccomend Brewster Subaru and you should absolutely work with Fred! More
