Was chatting with Max about a car I really wanted on Thursday. He had me fill out the credit application and told me he would get back to me “Tomorrow.” I get a text Friday night at 11:15pm saying tha Thursday. He had me fill out the credit application and told me he would get back to me “Tomorrow.” I get a text Friday night at 11:15pm saying that he would let me know tomorrow (again.) Then I get a text at 9:49am on Saturday saying the car sold yesterday. I needed to know if they would hold the car until I was able to fly there to get it. If they had told me they couldn’t hold it that long I would’ve tried to make plans to get there earlier, instead I was lied to and then they sold the car on the day they were supposed to get back to me. Worst experience with a dealership I’ve ever had! More
