Great Experience Darryl was a pleasure to work with. The Sorento is one of the nicest cars I've ever purchased. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I came in on a Friday evening at 6pm and the dealership closes at 7pm. I once never felt rushed or that I was inconveniencing anyone because they were ready to go home. I left that evening and came back that next morning because Darryl didn't want me to feel rushed into making a decision in such a short amount of time. It gave me time to think and make sure this was the vehicle I wanted and gave me the opportunity to get a better rate and payment for my budget. I appreciate the kindness and great customer service. When I initially came to Kia, I did not have intentions of buying a car. I just wanted to see what Kia had to offer, when Ryan Oldham showed me the Telluride. He was very patient with me as it took us a wh of buying a car. I just wanted to see what Kia had to offer, when Ryan Oldham showed me the Telluride. He was very patient with me as it took us a while to seal the deal. Once it was said and done, Ryan helped me get everything set up and made sure that I knew how to "work" the car before I left.
