I was in on 7/21 for an oil change & tire rotation. I also asked for my stop/start feature to be checked. I was told my Mike Castori it would cost $600 plus labor, I declined this due to the price. Whe I also asked for my stop/start feature to be checked. I was told my Mike Castori it would cost $600 plus labor, I declined this due to the price. When I got home I recalled having that checked in March of 2025, so that should have been under warranty. Mr Castori never checked my history, he totally dropped the ball. I called the service department a few days later & spoke with Andrew Dubanik. He said that should have been taken care of under warranty, he scheduled an appointment. So long story short, I had to make 2 trips in to the service because Mr. Castori failed to check my history. I bought my Jeep at your establishment & it’s only been serviced there. I could take my business to Fort Myers but I bought the vehicle in Cape Coral & wanted to continue doing business in Cape Coral. Vickie Dempsey More

The last two times I had to go back because they didn't adjust the air pressure for the tires correctly. The time before that oil filter was loose I leaked most of the oil out on the way home. I kept going back but no more.
