Jerry repeatedly claimed to “stand behind the service,” yet refused to meaningfully address or guarantee resolution of the ongoing issue with my vehicle. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service skills. Rather than listening and trying to understand the concern, Jerry acted dismissive and immature, making the interaction unnecessarily frustrating. A true commitment to customer service means acknowledging concerns, communicating respectfully, and working toward solutions — not becoming offended when a customer is simply trying to explain an ongoing issue and seeking support and resolution. We are out of state buyer looking to purchase a used Miata. The original quote had a base price of $25k, which we agreed on, and with that understanding we spent $200 for PPI to inspect the car. After the inspection was done (which reported more issue than the dealership has claimed), they sent us a new quote with the base price changed to $26k. They have regularly ghosted us and wasted our time, said they'd call back within an hour but you can expect a call 3 hours later. They have pulled a bait and switch last minute after we've paid for the inspection. It seems like they were just jacking up the price after they realized they have other buyers. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU'RE OUT OF STATE. More
