We drove 1 hr to see a pre-owned vehicle they had on their lot. The manager came out and bragged about how they don't tack on any hidden fees and the price is the price. So, the exact price advertised plus tax, tags and registration. The vehicle we were considering was listed for $17,999. After test-driving we were ready to purchase and they came out with paperwork showing the final cost of $22,650. We were taken aback. How could tax, tags and registration cost $4,000. We looked at the breakdown and saw they added a $1,900 add'l dealer convenience fee to the price. We asked what this was for and called them out how they had said they didn't have any add'l or hidden fees. They said that was a fee to get the car ready to sell. Would never do business with them for their outright lying and shadiness. Why not just list the car for $19,999 and not treat people like they're idiots. I guess they thought we'd cave in to their shady tactics because we drove so far. Well they lose! We would never consider doing business with them after treating us with such little respect. More

I visited a few dealerships while looking for a car, and CardinaleWay Mazda was the most comfortable one to work with. The sales team wasn't aggressive as some other places were, and I actually felt like I CardinaleWay Mazda was the most comfortable one to work with. The sales team wasn't aggressive as some other places were, and I actually felt like I was being listened to. My main frustration was not being able to find the car I wanted at the trim level I had in mind, though this understandably occured during the chip shortage. Lorelai was our primary contact, and she was wonderful to work with! I definitely appreciated the line of communication she kept open after our first visit. She always responded promptly to any emails or texts I sent. If I ever had a question that she didn't have an answer to, she made sure to consult her manager and always got back to me with the right information. This made me feel pretty secure knowing that she prizes the quality of her work more than her pride. I would love to work with her again, and will be referring her to any of my friends who are in the market for a Mazda. More
