I was shocked, at first, by how he continuously expressed his gratitude for me “allowing” him to help me and for choosing CBB. The first few times he said “thank you” did honestly feel a bit like what you’d expect of a salesman. However…by the third and fourth time, I could see and feel he was truly grateful for the opportunity to help me get my dream truck. About the truck…Tim let it sell itself. Provided all facts. No fancy adjectives and superlatives to hype up the vehicle. Just the facts. He confidently answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He took note of items I wanted taken care of and I felt assured he would honor his word. It was like talking to an uncle helping me choose the right car to buy. Not a car salesman. I had a similarly amazing experience with Kerry completing the financing. He was obliged to offer the extras like warranty coverage, gap insurance, etc. But that was it. He offered. He did not push when I declined. Great guy! This is truly the first time I wasn’t anxious or on high guard while making a major purchase. I hope to not need another vehicle any time soon but…when I do…I’ll definitely shop CBB’s inventory first. More

B&B consistently has a large selection of low mileage, unique sports and luxury vehicles. Their management, sales staff and finance department are truly first class with no "used car salesman" or "high pressure" tactics. They have great cars that sell themselves. Danny Quintana was my salesperson when I purchased my first car at B&B a 2016 Porsche Boxster S with 13,000 miles. Amazing car. Danny was helping another customer when I came in to look at the Defender and he graciously handed me over to Jamie who was equally professional and helped me thru the entire process. Tara Price in finance was also extremely helpful. Bottom line great dealership, wonderful, helpful staff and amazing cars. Highly recommend. More

I've already complimented Andy on his outstanding Customer Service, but now I have to give a shout out to Maggie...I call her... Marvelous Maggi...and here's why. My car arrived to Florida with a couple of razor cuts in the rear seat (probably an accident made by the window tint tech) nonetheless Maggi without hesitation, searched for a replacement cover but there weren't any located stateside...guess what she did...she ordered me one from Germany... Now... Who Does That..??? I'll tell you who...Marvelous Maggi at CBB (she's Magnificent:)...That's Who Does That!!! Andrea also replied promptly to my request for additional documentation and this is why I feel they should be rated the #1 auto dealership in the USA!!!. Do you know any other dealership that would go above and beyond to satisfy a customer and provide this kind of Customer Service???
