I’m disappointed with the recent experience I had with your service/mechanic department. I brought my vehicle in due to a loud, unusual noise coming from the suspension—specifically the shocks. I was told the noise was caused by a water bottle, which I found to be an odd explanation. After having my car fully detailed and completely cleared out, the noise still persists—especially when going over small bumps. It’s loud and concerning, and something I’ve never experienced in the past year since purchasing the vehicle. It’s frustrating to now have to take my car to a Mercedes dealership to get the issue properly diagnosed and resolved. Ever since Marcus left the service department, the quality of service and attention to detail just hasn’t been the same. While the customer service was friendly and professional, the main reason I brought my car in was not addressed. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the diagnostic process and overall service quality. More
